"Hi, I'm Sarah Stace, director of cities at WSP, and really pleased to be joining you today on Gadigal land. So there are two things I'm interested in. One of them is around how we create more walkable environments and shift away from a car dominated street scape. And the second thing I'm really interested in is the diversity and inclusion of our work.

"So we are really encouraging a wide range of people to be both part of our team and that we are engaging with across the community. I think it's really important for us to be thinking about the types of environments that we are creating for people, whether they're young kids or people who are elderly living with disability and so on.

"And so I think part of having a diverse workforce and engaging with the broad sector of the community is we understand their needs and can build that environment for them."
